Bad service:No response on call centers
BOTH PAYFLEX AND TAKE ALOT ARE DIFFICULT TO REACH,NON ARE RESPONDING TO MY CALLS AND THIER EMAIL RESPONSE IS GENERIC
I HAVE A QUERY WITH MY PAYMENT FOR AN ORDER SOMEONE CALL ME

Good dayOrder was placed on the 13th of June total to R1661My bi weekly payment would be R415.25First payment deducted 13th June R415.25Second payment 27th June Third 11 JulyFourth (last) 25th July On the 23rd June I loaded R420 for the deduction of the 27th (screen shot attached)Debit of R56.18 and R244 was deducted as well as another R56.55 on the 10th June with a reference of SETTLEMENT against my account and the rest of the funds just disappeared and don't add upThe requested refund for a product was granted on the 23rd of June for R149.which I used to purchase another product However my payflex account shows that the refund is deducted on my final balance of the 25th of July showing only R266 to be paid, if that is the case I have been refunded the R149 again

05 Jul 2023, 11:52Today I tried to call ur call center your systems tells me I'm position 5 and when I get to 1 and sent back to number 5 and that repeat 4 times and I'm using my hard earned money to call u and beg u for assistance
