BAD SERVICE

Hi PAYFLEX on the 7th i had an installment to payment to pay so i logged in and paid it and never received the Payment received - woohoo as the day progress i receive the bank notification saying payflex is trying to take money and it created that insufficient fund on my bank then Saturday again they try to take the money and because of the their penalty fees before 9 o'clock i pay again then send an email to their support email with transactions and bank statement on the very same Saturday and only got response Monday from Tshegofatso (Payflex)This request was closed and merged into request #747195,Monday i called and spoke to Michelle and she promised to escalate in order for me to get my money back and until today still no communication and yesterday i called 50 times and they don't answer and their WhatsApp robot is not helpful I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK
