Bad service

Such poor and pathetic non service company. The phone lines is never answered. Their chat bot is not equipped to handle complaints and refers you to support at payflex. Emailing payflex is like pulling hens teeth cause they don't read or understand the email sent to them. All you get a a response that will infuriate you even more. Absolutely ****** shocking and yet they have the authority to debit clients accounts at their leisure. I'm terribly incensed with this
