Bad service

I want to state out there that I hope you never have an issue with payflex that will need you to contact their service centre, their phone rings and drops, they don’t respond to emails, their WhatsApp is a joke, I have been asking these ppl to change the payment date to the 25th as my child changed it in error playing with my phone, I have been going back and forth with them asking if they could change this, who gets paid on the 19th clearly this is a mistake, they finally gave me an agent by the name of Loago Makwela who responds to my emails when they feel like it, and they say they can’t log into their system and change this for me, what kind of company is this, you can’t work your own system what sick joke is this??? I give them 0/5
