Bad Service

I was purchasing on shein using Payflex, Payflex requested an amount of R776.00 for the order I was doing on shein, but the order was unsuccessful because Payflex didn’t proceed with a payment to shein. My money went straight to Payflex account and my bank notification says I paid R776 to Payflex can I have my money back please. I’ve email them I can’t get hold of on a telephone. Please assist how can I get hold of Payflex. I’ve open tickets I don’t get any response.
