Bad service

Since Wednesday, 25 June, I cannot enter the site, I've even done a password reset 9 times now - still can't enter! They don't answer when you call! I've sent numerous emails now, no response!!! All I need is their banking details to make a manual payment since my account on their system was closed due to *****. I have no idea what is going on there, but they are clearly not interested in performing customer service!
