Bad service

My Payflex account has gone to 00 limit and i tried calling them they do not pick up their lines i wrote an email from Mr Tshepiso who said i must send him the pictures of my App i did so he then sent a link to rate him after i have rated him he never responded to my emails i think i left 4 nothing.
