BAD SERVICE

I tried signing up for Payflex for the first time in my life. When I tried to register they said I already have an account with them. This was news to me. I tried to do a "Forgot password" to see if it would allow me to change my information. Unfortunately it could not be changed because the OTP was being sent to a number I have never seen. When contacting customer service they kept refering to me by the name of who ever created the account (again this was not me). Eventually to resolve the issue they put a security block on me. Thats where they left me. After hearing all these good things people have been saying about this specific service, all I can say is that it has been a terrible first time experience. I would not recommend. Online shopping need to use a better third party payment provider.
