BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE- YOU CANNOT FOLLOW UP WITH THEM ON URGENT MATTERS

I cannot access my account. I have tried changing my password numerous times, the 5 digit pin is not coming through. I also cannot make payments because my card is blocked. I have been charged interest for non-payment while the organization is aware of my card being blocked. I have sent two email, without any assistance
