Bad customer service No communication
I am so so mad , when payflex was not that popular in 2023 our queries and complaints where attended too with just a simple email now 2025 it's hard to get ahold of them ,their phone is forever busy they don't answer to emails living you to chat to a bot on WhatsApp that doesn't have answers and it's more bad if you have problems with Payment .. payflex's communication is bad ,they really have a big head now
