Bad customer service

The customer support is terrible. I logged a ticket on saturday(25/01/2025) and I have not received a response yet. I paid the final installment however the app did not update nor did I receive a confirmation email about my payment. I have tried calling and the useless whatspp bot that keeps on asking the same thing over and over again with no solution.
