Bad customer service

16-10-2025 I was purchasing on shein using Payflex they requested an amount of R776 I paid it it then showed an error ,but the funds were deducted from my account and shein they couldn’t process the purchase because the money went straight to Payflex, the money was taken from my account but not showing on Payflex ,I have tried to email them on the email on *** I got no response,contacted them with their WhatsApp but to this day no response ,I have goggled their numbers they’re not going through. I went to my bank they confirmed the money is with Payflex and they need a communication between me and Payflex regarding this matter but I can’t get of Payflex in anyway. Please assist how can I get hold of Payflex so that I can get my refund.
