Bad customer service

The customer service and support is none existant. Paid for my order on 24th July, and it is still reflecting as unpaid on their end when it did leave my account on 24th, Now they keep on debiting me non-stop and i keep incurring hefty bank changes for unpaid debit order. I have screenshot of payment , no response. Tried calling and they forever too busy to take call.
