Bad customer service

I have emailed multiple times- no response to any of my emails I have phoned the call centre it’s dead.

I have an issue with my order where Payflex says that money has been paid to the merchant and it was not paid as the merchant says there was no payment made. Over that my Payflex says the transaction was successful but my order is pending. I am not happy I need this product urgently, but Payflex has no interest to help their customers.
