Bad customer service

I have made an order in January 30 2025 today is the 28 feb 2025 and never received anything not even my refund from Hyperli They have no contact besides the website form of which they hardly respond to . I approached the Payflex which is my payment point and guess what they very less interested in helping it means I have donated my money to Hyperlie through to them. I am very disappointed and ****** off
