Bad communication skills

I bought tickets on ticketpro via payflex yet i didn’t receive those tickets , the transaction went through. I have been sending emails that take time to get a response and calling nonstop but they never answer. I need a refund or they need to cancel the order. How do i keep paying for something I never received and they are doing nothing about it as i am unable to speak to the merchant
