🚨 Avoid Payflex – Selfish Merchant That Doesn't Care About Customers

I want to warn others about Payflex and how poorly they treat their customers.

On 31 July 2025, I attempted a payment using their platform. The transaction failed, yet the money was still deducted from my account. I immediately contacted their support with full proof — and have been completely ignored ever since.

This shows that Payflex is a selfish and irresponsible merchant that only cares about getting paid — not about helping customers when something goes wrong.

If you're thinking of using Payflex, DON'T. There is no support, no accountability, and if you have an issue, you’re on your own. I’ve now escalated this to the Credit Ombud because they refuse to respond or fix the problem.

Please think twice before using this platform. It’s not worth the risk.
