Atrocious Customer Service

The customer service is atrocious. All I request is for my number to be updated. They don't respond to emails. I have money sitting in my payflex wallet which I need to withdraw. However I am unable due to them having my old number.

I have tried contacting the call Centre, it just rings and goes into voicemail. Sometime it just gives an automate response saying they have high call volume. This is pathetic service.

I don't know what else to do anymore
