Assistance required

Hi, I installed payflex 4 months ago i still cant use it i had a problem with the facial recognition stage i tried it with different devices including my laptop still i never worked. I then contacted payflex via email, WhatsApp and facebook they only rep**** that i should not lodge another ticket otherwise its gonna take about 48hrs for them to reply i have been waiting since then, please rectify this and help me log into my account and and with facial recognition. And now when i log in my spend limit is suddenly 00.00
