Appalling Service

Absolutely appalled by the service received by payflex , since december i have been trying to change my number as my phone was ****** tried calling numerous times and emails as well , literally wait 5 days to get a reply back to state that i need to do the verification again , go through that process the same day send them a reply and get ignored.
