Appalling, pathetic, nauseating service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought items online from Makro using payflex, however, money went off from my account but the 'order not placed'. The order was actioned on the 29th of July 2025. I would like my money to be refunded fully.

I have sent countless e-mails to *** and no response has been received. If you do not want me as a customer anymore- that's fine! but just refund my money back so i can leave you in peace.
