App not functioning, email not working how do we get hold of payflex during emergency

I send you a query ,you take time to respond your app is not working I have been trying to pay you now u added R95 still our app is not functioning . Next thing you are going to add more penalty fees that is a day light ******* .Why don't you have contact numbers so that we can call in ,ven your previous email is mot working the same app is mot working .please contact me as I want to settle u a close off this acc because getting hold of your office is a mission.Im not going to pay any escalating penalties because is not my fault that your app is mot working and u don't have contact numbers u only rely on a app to send queries that you respond after 20yrs .
