Amount deducted but didn’t go through to takealot

I tried to make a payment on the 27th March 2024 when I was purchasing on takealot with payflex, it throwed an error but the money was deducted. I could not see the purchase on my payflex account and they said it might reflect within 24 hours. I waited for 24 hours and when I called takealot they said it’s cancelled as it was still pending payment (so payflex deducted but it didn’t go through to Takealot). I had to make another purchase as I was in need to the product but they still haven’t responded to my email and it’s been more than 72 hours as they stipulated in their automatic response. The calls are not going through. This is my second time using payflex and I have never had this experience before. Can I get my money back
