Wow I am actually so amazed by the service I received from Ketty Buso. First impressions do last long and hers was one that has retained me as a customer for a long time. I missed a payment and was struggling to log in my Payflex account. Ketty immediately sensed the frustration in my voice and offered to call me back. She was empathetic throughout the whole phone call and offered to call me (AND SHE DID). She assisted me until I could log in and pay.
