Alleged *****ulent account

I have received this sms ‘ ***,FINAL Demand payment received on PayFlex (Pty) Ltd .If payment of R 6,230.25 is not received by 7 days legal action will be instigated.‘

I then tried contacting Payflex on ***, went further emailing them on *** got request number 941661, Ntokozo been in communication with me always finding an excuse no to deal with the issue at hand.

First my issue is the sms I have received stating that I am owing them yet I never been in contact neither ever tried to open an account with them. All I wanted was clarity of what this sms is all about because I never open an account with them. Also tried contacting them with Watsapp channels but still they never get to respond to my issue. They have pathetic client service ever. Even provided my details even contact numbers to call me but no one ever give this a chance to look into. It’s so pathetic
