Agent unprofessionalism.
My profile has been blocked after having backlashing to a condescending response from support agent Ketty Buso.

We note that your profile was blocked after multiple attempts at using the wrong password. It was not blocked by anyone due to any backlashing.
This is a security feature Payflex uses to protect customers from un-unauthorized use by someone that may be trying to use you Payflex profile.
We note there are multiple support tickets that you have raised and which were responded to.
Can you please confirm with Ketty or Clayton on response to one of those support tickets if this has now been resolved.
