Account details horror

I have been trying to resolve and issue I have with Payflex since last year and I am not getting assistance. My details were apparently mixed up with my sisters and now both us are blocked by Payflex and she has no access to her credit. I understand that I might not be qualify for credit on my ID number but her credit score is high and she should have access but she cannot and every time she logs a ticket with Payflex they respond to her with my name and advise they cannot assist her. I need my details deleted from her profile so she can create her own profile and have access to her credit !!!!
