After years of using payflex I can say they have become the worst piece of ****, they removed all contact details on their website so we cannot get hold of them. They debited twice on the same day, you log a ticket they send an email saying your ticket has been closed without any explanation or resolution. Nice thing I love involving the ombudsman in my problems.
