2WEEKS AND STILL MY REQUESTED CONTACT NUMBER HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED ON MY PROFILE

For 2weeks now I have been patiently waiting for my contact number on my profile to be updated to my new number. I have sent multiple emails and even although one EVENTUALLY gets a reply STILL MY NUMBER IS NOT UPDATED. A reply on the 12th May stated your number update is in process we’ll contact you as soon as its done, well its the 16th May & NOTHING HAS BEEN UPDATED. THIS IS NOT 4min job to action out yet 2WEEKS, 2WEEKS and NOTHINGS CHANGED.
