25th Means the Whole Day, Not the Morning Disappointed!!

I’m extremely unhappy with this experience AT payflex . I specifically chose the 25th as my payment date because that’s when I get paid. However, my salary had not even cleared in the morning, and Payflex had already started charging me and reducing my limit and bank charges That is completely unfair and honestly makes no sense. There are 24 hours in a day why run debit orders so early when people’s salaries don’t always reflect at the same time? I didn’t choose a specific time for a reason. My salary only cleared around 5pm, and I immediately made all my payments. The way this was handled is frustrating and unacceptable. At this point, they might as well take their business elsewhere because this is not customer-friendly at all.
