I had a payment plan added on my name without my authorisation. Someone added their card and proceeded with a payment plan. Usually I have an OTP sent to me if anyone tries to access my account. This hasn’t happened and now I’m stuck with an amount to pay for a product I didn’t purchase or authorise.
