2 days and after numerous attempts account blocked still not investigated or fixed

Hi I have been trying now for two days to get my account unblocked.I am not sure why it has been blocked in the first place.I have not used it before and was trying to make a takelot purchase on Sunday.I at first could not validate myself through the smile selfie app and followed the sms linked sent. It would then say validation completed but I could still not use it and after a few attempts my account was blocked. I have sent numerous emails and whatsapp messages and no one has been able to help. I just get send the validation links which is not helpful as I have done it multiple times, but still my account is blocked. I tried to call the help center, but they are not taking any calls due to high levels of calls.
