Worst company ever

I beg of you to stay away from this company.its a horrible experience.they just not bothered and don't care.placed an order on 12th Feb.enquired 15th Feb.then I was told my invoice got canceled.went in store then they reordered the item and 3 days later they deliver item to store in parow only to find its the wrong item in the right packaging. Now this order must be exchanged for a other one.2 weeks later and still waiting.finally they said they don't have the item and cannot source it.refund process starts and they tell me it takes 7 days.today marks the 26th March and I've been waiting since the 13th for a refund.oh no get out of this country.
