Sad and disappointed customer

I am struggling to get my parcel from Pay-Cheap. I have made a purchase on the 03 rd of April and emailed them my proof of payment. But as am writing now, I have not received any information about my parcel. When I contact them,they are rude and give me false information regarding my parcel. They told me my parcel is with DSV but DSV has no information about that matter. They are not even answering my call. This is sad because I bought from them listening to the good reviews they have but it turned out to be different for me. I paid for door to door delivery but DSV has no information, not even my name not my address. So please, before buying from Pay-Cheap, do your homework. Till today I've been waiting.
