Poor service

Placed my order online. It was said delivery will take 7-10 working days. Needed to make payment into their account. Did the payment and emailed proof as per their request on email. Phoned the following day to confirm if payment was received. I was then told they will confirm and revert via email. A week later and no one has contacted me on email, text or call. I tried calling them today and their number seems to be disconnected. No idea how I will get my money back. Will not recommend their services to anybody.
