PayCheap.co.za service is pathetic

PayCheap.co.za States on there website the day that shipping will take place when I placed the order. It was supposed to be shipped shipped 28/12/2022, as I needed the Item urgently, I decided to use PayCheap.co.za. I contacted them via their Whatsapp number on 28/12/2022 as it still showed pending. They do not answer their telephones, They only sent out automated Whatsapp responds, the redo not ans their email. Don't use this company, they are not customer orientated. They WILL NOT SURVIVE
