Paycheap.co.za bad communication!

This company has the worst communication ever. Send them 3 emails, no response, then suddenly a email comes back asking where did i order, of course i ordered through Paycheap.co.za website. Email them back, a week later and still no reply. Whatsapp their number, messages go through, they don't read or respond. This is bad. But the money was taken out of account for item ordered. I don't recommend this business at all.
