Paycheap support sucks

I recently purchased a new screen for a mobile phone. My order had not yet been updated after PayCheap acknowledged payment received. I then tried to contact PayCheap Paaden Eliland. The response time was terrible and I had to continuously follow up but with no update on my order. One of the reasons they could not give feedback was 'Okay we have loadshedding will check once it's back'. I followed up 2H30min later but no reply and 4 Hours later but no reply. If you are to shop at PayCheap and you have any issues you will struggle with their support. Not a pleasant experience. Still waiting for my order to arrive.
