Paycheap products or service

Placed an order on 7 July for asus laptop replacement charger via payfast, said to be in stock. Also loaded a ticket as payfast had not confirmed payment but debit processed and confirmed on 8 July by payfast. A week later due to non receipt, followed up via webchat app and was advised that they will dispatch then and I requested an email confirmation of dispatch. A few days pass and no email and no response now on webchat. Also no phone contact numbers to talk to someone. I am not sure if paycheap refers to the product as I havent received it yet, but it certainly refers to the service. To date no email, phone call or product delivered. Cheap leason for R 493.
