Nothing received

Ordered on Saturday, emailed on Wednesday (no response). Whatsapped Thursday and was told it would be sent same day and I would get tracking number. No tracking number by 5pm and no contact. I contacted them again only to be told it will now only be sent tomorrow. I am starting to lose faith. Not sure they are legit
