Nonexistent on Customer Service

If you are planning to order anything from PayCheap, please save yourself the hassle and rather look elsewhere, as I ordered a laptop battery almost 2 weeks ago (which was supposedly in stock), and the shipping date is constantly being pushed out.

From what I have experienced so far, they have no regard for customer service, as they DO NOT respond to emails and don’t even bother trying to phone them as their phone numbers either just ring and ring, or they go straight to voicemail.

At this rate I’m wondering if I will ever see the battery, and it’s probably pointless trying to ask for a refund, so the only recourse is to ask your bank if they can reverse the payment.
