No service whatsoever

I opened an account online with Paycheap on the 31st of December. They indicated that I would receive my package about 3 days later. Ten days later I still haven't received anything and then I tried to log into my account to track my order. Just to find that I couldn't access my account. It didn't exist. So I raised a ticket online and inquired about my problem. They didn't respond to the ticket. I couple of days later I asked them to respond to my ticket. Nothing happened and then I decided to contact them telephonically. I explained my problem, they apologised and said they will look into the problem and call me back. They never called me back so I had to call again. This time they told me that they did find my order and will send it off. They didn't ask for my address because that they could see on the system but did ask for my telephone number, which would also have been available on my online profile. Well lets see if I do in fact receive my package in three days. I will not hold by breathe. Pathetic service. No wait - NO SERVICE at all. One star is to good of a rating. There should be a 0 out of 5 available for selection.
