Maybe a bit slower, but still great service!

After looking at all the negative reviews, I was very hesitant to do business with them. I found it weird that most review were either 1 star, or 5 stars. However, I took a chance and ordered a battery for an old Samsung tablet. I received the standard confirmation emails, but no tracking number. After 1 day, I called them and asked how long the normal time to courier was. 3 working days. So yes, they are slightly slower than other companies. But I received my battery and I am very happy.
