Dishonest business ethics.

I ordered a LCD screen that was in stock according to their website. During checkout it indicated that my order would be delivered by the Thursday. I waited till the following week Wednesday for them to contact me and inform me that their suppliers will only deliver the screen to them the Friday. Again I waited till after the weekend only to hear that the screen that they recieved was faulty and their suppliers do not supply the Hisense H50S LCD any more. I agreed to be refunded. I immediately send a confirmation letter from my bank with my bank details for my refund payment. It's been 2 weeks with emails and Wapp messages daily, but they just do not reply at all. I never get hold of them on the phone number that's on their website either. I will have to take the matter further, they will not get away with *****ing my hard earned money. Poor service and dishonest business ethics.
