Disgusted!

I ordered a PC gaming controller for my daughter's birthday from this site. What I received was an incomplete package, that was clearly second hand. The product also does not work! I called immediately to explain that this was a present for 2 days time , and asked if they would please courier a replacement straight away. They refused even after I basically pleaded with them, and just blamed the warehouse for the problem. They refuse to let you speak to anyone in charge . I am totally disgusted with them, and their service and products! I have to rush to town now to buy another controller for tomorrow, while they sit with my R570.00, and I sit with nothing but *******!
