Completely unacceptable service

<p>I looked online for a new Microsoft Xbox 360 controller. I found one on paycheap.co.za, stating a "replacement wired Microsoft Xbox 360 controller". According to the picture online, it showed an original controller. When sent to me the controller did not match the picture and was a **** controller. When I joined them to tell them I would like a refund because this is false advertising as this was not a product I wanted. The person on the phone started arguing with me and did not wish to transfer me to a supervisor. This was horrible service, the supervisor then phoned back and said I was under a technical misunderstanding as it was "a generic version", as e controller is mass produced they are selling a **** item and pawning it off as a "replacement". He also said he would replace the controller and send an original, of which I said I have no qualms paying extra for it as I want an original. They have not kept their deal and have not contacted me again.</p>
