Careless and irresponsible

In addition to the negative review I left on 26.07.22 do I wish to share the careless and irresponsible modus operandi of this business. They have to be shut down as far as I am concerned!

So after they destroyed all data on my laptop after I only asked for a keyboard replacement, which they also couldn't do properly, did I ask for a letter confirming the data destruction as I need it for the Receiver of Revenue to validate my claim that I am unable to provide them with supporting documents which were saved on the laptop in question and no longer accessible. I have requested such document for 8 months yet they completely ignore me.

Please stay away from this business, they don't value their customers whatsoever!
