Bad service, find another supplier rather.

I had requested a quote for 2 devices which was done and confirmed availability. An invoice was sent to me via email and I was asked for immediate payment. Done following instructions of payment and delivery address, I had no contact for 2 days then when I followed up with the order I was told that they didn't see the Email and that I should have sent them a whatsapp. The devices that I paid for had been sold and there was no more stock. After a request for a refund was denied, alternate items were arranged with the same spec only a different brand, there was a cost difference but they were happy to honor the original price. After waiting for the delivery and receiving the items I found that the spec was not the same as I had ordered, the items are not as I asked for. I am still waiting on feedback with what to do with the items. Google certified Android TV Box. Wanted to try and support other than takealot.
