Bad service

Purchased a replacement battery for a Samsung Galaxy A11 on their website, The battery was dispatched only to find out the battery is not working, I have since reported this, (this was reported on the 10th of October,) but the battery hasn't been collected, when I call their lines they don't pick up and no one responds to my emails now. Paying customers shouldn't be treated like this. I'm sitting with a dead battery here and I should be okay? You can do better. Next time test your batteries and make sure they work before you sell them to customers.
