Bad service Bad products

They are definitely selling graded products I bought an item it did not work they tested it and said I will get a refund well it's been 2 weeks plus now and nothing further more the product that was advertised online was not available because they say it was faulty but still on the shelf at the shop then I asked if for sure the other product they supp**** is working and they said yes only to have the experience that I'm currently having I had to buy another unit elsewhere and supply my client and now they have not refunded me they keep making excuses
